How does the RunLaundry Partner Program work?

RunLaundry is a turnkey wash‑&‑fold growth solution. We bring the customers, the drivers, the folding staff, the routing tech, and the customer‑support infrastructure—so you can focus on running your machines.

You keep 100 % of the order profit. We absorb every variable cost—marketing, labour, logistics, support, and payment processing—then pay out your share each month. The money that lands in your account is pure profit.

Profit ramps up over the first four months as routes fill:

  • Month 1 — Break‑even: profit equals your subscription fee.
  • Month 2 — 1.5×: profit ≈ 1.5 × the subscription fee.
  • Month 3 — 2×: profit ≈ 2 × the subscription fee.
  • Month 4 — 3×: profit ≈ 3 × the subscription fee.

From month 5 onward, volume is fully stabilised and profit grows in step with demand—while RunLaundry continues to cover every variable expense.

How do I apply?

During that review we confirm:

  • Facility readiness — machine capacity, folding space, loading access, and operating hours all meet our wash‑&‑fold requirements.

If everything aligns, we send you an agreement and kick‑off schedule the same day. If any gaps appear, we outline exactly what’s needed to get you launch‑ready.

Is there an onboarding fee?

Yes — there’s a one‑time $1,500 setup fee. It covers every element needed to launch your location smoothly and profitably:

  • Route design & territory mapping — we analyse customer clusters and build an ultra‑efficient pickup/delivery zone around your facility.
  • Local marketing launch package — digital ads, geo‑targeted promos, and email outreach that start driving orders on day one.
  • Staff recruitment & training — RunLaundry hires, vets, and trains the drivers and folding crew dedicated to your location.
  • Software setup & integrations — we connect your facility to our real‑time order‑tracking platform and deploy the driver/facility apps.

The fee is charged only once and is fully recovered in Month 1 under our profit‑ramp schedule.

What does the monthly subscription cover?

Your monthly fee is an all‑inclusive operating budget. It funds everything required to drive high‑margin wash‑&‑fold volume to your facility—there are zero hidden charges.

  • Marketing & demand generation — paid ads, local SEO, referral incentives, and retention campaigns that keep new orders flowing.
  • Driver operations — RunLaundry recruits, vets, trains, schedules, and pays the pickup‑&‑delivery team dedicated to your route.
  • In‑store folding crew — we likewise recruit, train, schedule, and pay the staff that processes every bag at your facility.
  • Customer success & 7‑day support — phone, chat, and email helpdesk for both your team and end‑customers.
  • Partner software & live analytics — route‑planning, order‑tracking, and a real‑time dashboard that shows your profit growth.
  • Payment processing & chargeback protection — all transaction fees are covered by RunLaundry.

Bottom line: the subscription pays for every engine of growth and execution, while all profit stays with you.

How is the 3× net‑profit guarantee calculated?

Our guarantee makes partnering with RunLaundry 100 % risk‑free. We promise that by the end of Month 4 your net profit will be at least 3 × your monthly subscription. If that target isn’t met, we pay you back — no questions asked.

  • Month 1 — Immediate safety net: if your profit doesn’t match the subscription fee, we refund the entire fee.
  • Months 2‑4 — Ramp‑up protection: if cumulative profit still trails our ramp‑up targets (1.5×, 2×, 3×), we refund every subscription fee paid plus reimburse the vend costs for any machines used to process RunLaundry orders.

Bottom line: you’ll never lose money by partnering with us. Either the program delivers the promised 3× profit or we write you a cheque covering the subscription and your machine costs.

When will I start receiving payouts?

You’ll see your first payout at the end of your first full operating month. From that point on, RunLaundry issues an ACH deposit every month on a Net‑30 schedule.

Each payout includes:

  • Total profit earned on all RunLaundry orders processed during the prior month.
  • A detailed statement in your Partner Dashboard that breaks down order volume, average ticket size, and net profit.

Funds land in your bank account automatically—all operating costs have already been covered by RunLaundry, so nothing is deducted from your payout.

Operations & Logistics

Who handles pickup and delivery?

RunLaundry manages the entire order life‑cycle—from doorstep pickup to final delivery—so your team can stay focused on machines and finishing quality.

  • Full‑service logistics — we collect every bag in the morning, process it at your facility, and deliver it back to customers the same afternoon.
  • Dynamic staffing — our platform monitors demand in real time and scales both drivers and folding crews to match daily order volume.
  • Capacity‑first scheduling — work is allocated so throughput always matches your machine and folding capacity, preventing overload while maximising daily volume.
  • Quality‑assured personnel — all drivers and folders are recruited, trained, and performance‑audited by RunLaundry to meet our strict service standards.

Do I need to hire or manage any extra staff?

No. RunLaundry supplies and manages the entire workforce—drivers for pickup & delivery and folding crew for in‑store processing—so you don’t have to add a single head‑count.

  • Recruit & vet — we place ads, screen candidates, and run background checks for both drivers and folding staff.
  • Train & certify — every team member learns our wash‑&‑fold workflow, quality controls, and customer‑service standards before their first shift.
  • Schedule & supervise — our operations team builds daily rosters that match order volume and monitors performance in real time.
  • Payroll & HR — wages, taxes, and compliance are handled entirely by RunLaundry.
  • Using your own staff? If you prefer your employees to fold, we train them at no extra cost and include them in our ongoing quality audits.

Can I participate if I’m outside the current service area?

Billing, Support & Terms

How are monthly fees billed?

Your subscription is billed once a month by ACH. We send a digital invoice three days before the charge date, then draft the fee on the first business day of each month using the bank account you place on file.

  • One simple line item — the charge is a flat subscription fee; you’ll never see surprise add‑ons or surcharges.
  • No credit‑card processing fees — ACH keeps costs low and eliminates percentage‑based card charges.

That’s it: a predictable, auto‑drafted fee that funds all RunLaundry operations—while every dollar of profit stays with you.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Yes. To align with our profit‑ramp guarantee, the initial term is four months. This gives the program time to reach the promised 3× profit target.

After Month 4:

  • The agreement converts to a simple month‑to‑month subscription.
  • You may cancel with 30 days written notice; no exit fees, no penalties.

Want to leave before Month 4? You can cancel early by covering the remaining subscription fees (or forfeiting the 3× guarantee), and we’ll help wind down operations so your customers aren’t disrupted.
