These Messaging Terms & Conditions govern the RunLaundry SMS text messaging program (the “Program”) operated by RunLaundry Inc. (“RunLaundry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

When you opt in on our careers application, RunLaundry will send you SMS text messages related to your job application, including screening, scheduling, skill assessment, and onboarding updates, appointment confirmations, and reminders. This is a transactional messaging program tied to your application; we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How to Opt In

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box and submitting your application on our careers website with your mobile phone number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of applying for any position.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the status of your application and any appointments you schedule with us.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send you any further text messages unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS does not affect the status of your job application; we may still contact you by phone or email.

Carriers Not Liable

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile information and opt-in consent are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with, or sold to, third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
